*This is HELL ON EARTH in the heart of Mumbai where there is a 100-200 year old temple in every second house! It’s crowded, it’s vibrant, it’s prosperous!
*And it’s choking, being asphyxiated and destroyed by over 5000 Gold and Silver polishing units that spew noxious, poisonous gases from the Sulphuric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid and Chromium Oxide chimneys (over 3500) that pour their horrendous poison into everyone’s lungs!
*When we (that’s myself and Adv Pradeep Nambiar) did the #THERKBSHOW 3 years ago from the same place the local MP (who has been given a ticket again) had promised to get rid of all these polluting units!
*They came and demolished 300 chimneys! And within 3 months the number of poison spewing chimneys increased from 2500 to 3500!
*And people are dying of Asthma, Hypertension, Kidney ailments, skin diseases, liver dysfunction…
*Over 2 lakh families have moved away for fear of being poisoned to death

*Even as everyone waits for another Bhopal Gas Tragedy to recur here in Mumbai…
*Bhuleshwar is a neighbourhood in Mumbai. (Old spelling Bholeśvar) situated in South Mumbai north of the Fort area.
*It is known for being home to over 100 temples including Mumba Devi Temple of Mumbai, the patron goddess of the city of Mumbai, and Swaminarayan Mandir.
